Football Game Preview: Clear Spring Blazers vs. Allegany Campers + How To Watch

The Clear Spring Blazers will square off against the Allegany Campers on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Two weeks ago, Clear Spring came up short against Southern Huntingdon County and fell 22-14. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Blazers came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 188th in Maryland, while the Rockets are ranked 516th in Pennsylvania).

Meanwhile, Allegany played a tough game on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 57-13 defeat at the hands of Fort Hill. The Campers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 57-0.

Clear Spring will have to contain Aidyn Mckenzie as he made an impact in Allegany's last game. He rushed for 49 yards and one touchdown.

Allegany now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Clear Spring, they dropped their record down to 2-6 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Clear Spring took a serious blow against Allegany in their previous meeting back in November of 2022, falling 43-7. Can the Blazers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
