The Delphi Community Oracles lost to the Faith Christian Eagles back in December of 2022, but the Delphi Community Oracles didn't allow the Faith Christian Eagles the same satisfaction on Tuesday. Delphi Community came out on top against Faith Christian by a score of 46-39. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Delphi Community.
Maddy Brown was the offensive standout of the match as she dropped a double-double on 11 points and 20 rebounds. Those 20 rebounds set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Lexi Miller, who scored nine points along with five rebounds.
Delphi Community's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Faith Christian, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Delphi Community will take on Eastern at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Eastern is hoping to put an end to a seven-game streak of away losses. As for Faith Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against DeMotte Christian at 7:30 p.m. DeMotte Christian is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
