Basketball Recap: Calabasas Coyotes vs. Agoura Chargers
The Calabasas Coyotes scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 79-22 win over Agoura at home. That 57 point margin sets a new team best for Calabasas this season.
Maddy Tauro was her usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double on 30 points and nine rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Erin Topacio, who scored 14 points along with seven assists and three steals.
Calabasas has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a massive bump to their 12-13 record this season. As for Agoura, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-26.
Calabasas does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Agoura also has no future games currently scheduled.
