Basketball Game Preview: Rancho Bernardo Broncos vs. Caruthers Blue Raiders

The Rancho Bernardo Broncos are taking a road trip to square off against the Caruthers Blue Raiders at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Rancho Bernardo sitting on four straight wins and Caruthers on three.

Rancho Bernardo is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They came out on top against Monache by a score of 35-25.

Lindsay Biddle continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 12 points. Another player making a difference was Abby Lesagonicz, who posted eight points.

Meanwhile, Caruthers strolled past Salesian College Preparatory with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 77-63.

Caruthers' victory was their 11th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 25-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 81.5 points over those games. As for Rancho Bernardo, their win bumped their record up to 26-7.
