Volleyball Recap: Hortonville Takes a Loss

Hortonville's tournament run continued when they took on Milton on Saturday. The Polar Bears fell 2-0 to the Red Hawks. The Polar Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Milton can attribute much of their success to Elise Wieters, who had 13 digs and two aces.

Hortonville's loss dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Milton, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-9.

Hortonville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Eau Claire Memorial on the 27th. As for Milton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Mosinee on the 27th.
