Arendell Parrott Academy faced Cary Christian in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Patriots took down the Knights 52-38. The Patriots' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Christopher Stimson had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 194 yards and four touchdowns on only 15 passes. What's more, he racked up 11 rushing yards, the most he's had since back in August.

Arendell Parrott Academy's run defense was locked in: Cary Christian could only muster 2.1 yards per carry. The team can thank Brooks Grady for the heroic effort on defense: he. Arendell Parrott Academy didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 7.5.

Arendell Parrott Academy's defensive line didn't let Reed Harvey, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for five sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Tanner Outlaw and Grady, who racked up four sacks between them. Grady has been hot for a while, having also posted six or more total tackles the last 14 times he's played.
