Basketball Game Preview: Elsinore Tigers vs. San Jacinto Tigers

The Elsinore Tigers will challenge the San Jacinto Tigers at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.

Last Monday, Elsinore took a blow against Temescal Canyon, falling 64-27.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask San Jacinto). They blew past West Valley, posting an 82-21 win. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 matches by 20 points or more this season.

San Jacinto has also been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.4 points per game. As for Elsinore, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-16.

Elsinore was taken down by San Jacinto 74-15 in their previous matchup two weeks ago. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of San Jacinto's Luvlee Sadler, who dropped a double-double on 40 points and 19 boards.
