Football Recap: Kennedy's Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games

It was a good run, but Kennedy unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 31-24 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Washington Huskies. If the Titans were looking for revenge after losing 12-7 to the Huskies when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Washington, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Kennedy is set to challenge their familiar foe Hayward at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Washington will square off against rival Piedmont at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th. That game will pit two of the most dominant backs against one another: Joseph Guerra and Xavier Henderson.
