After a string of three wins, Rincon/University's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Boulder Creek Jaguars. If the Rangers were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to the Jaguars when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Rincon/University's defeat dropped their record down to 16-7. As for Boulder Creek, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-8.

Rincon/University wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Mica Mountain on the 12th. As for Boulder Creek, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Salpointe Catholic on the 12th.
