There's no place like home for Duncanville, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past the Skyline Raiders 50-3 on Friday. The Panthers and Pantherettes haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Maximus The Great Denson was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 147 yards and three touchdowns while completing 91.7% of his passes, and also punched in one TD on the ground. Robert Singleton helped Denson out on the ground, rushing for 81 yards and one score.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Duncanville proved: they limited Skyline to a paltry 2.4 yards per carry. While three picked up at least four total tackles, Byron Thompson Jr. stood above the rest. He picked up two sacks, forced one fumble, and made four total tackles (3.0 for loss). Duncanville didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 6.2.

Duncanville's defense didn't let Temiloluwa Akinola., get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for four sacks. Leading the way was Thompson Jr. with two sacks.

Duncanville now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Skyline, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.
