Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Canby). They put the hurt on the Aloha Warriors with a sharp 56-35 win on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for the Cougars, who have now won three games in a row.

Jaxon Lawson threw for 388 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.1 yards per attempt. Adrian Thomas was his top target, picking up 53 receiving yards and one score.

Canby now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Aloha, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.
