Baseball Recap: Bourbon County Comes Up Short

Sunday just wasn't the day for Bourbon County's offense. They lost 7-0 to the George Rogers Clark Cardinals on Sunday. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, with their most recent loss being a 14-4 defeat back in April.

Bourbon County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-18 record this season. As for George Rogers Clark, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-12-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Bourbon County nor George Rogers Clark have any future games scheduled.
