Soccer Recap: Costa Mesa Finishes Even with San Rafael

Costa Mesa's tournament run continued when they took on San Rafael on Saturday. The Mustangs and the Bulldogs finished up their matchup with a 2-2 draw.

Riley Ogo and Emiley Davis scored both of Costa Mesa's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

With that draw, Costa Mesa's record moves to 2-0-2. As for San Rafael, they moved theirs to 5-0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Costa Mesa will head out to challenge Estancia at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for San Rafael, they will challenge Tennyson at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Tennyson's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so San Rafael's offense will have their work cut out for them.
