Softball Recap: Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 11-3 to the Providence Christian Academy Storm. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Providence Christian Academy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-2 on September 9th.

Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Providence Christian Academy, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy will take on Rabun County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed nine runs per game on average), something Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Providence Christian Academy, they will face off against Prince Avenue Christian at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
