Softball Recap: Bainbridge Takes a Loss

Bainbridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Cook Hornets, falling 21-6. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 back in August.

Kylaha Hughes made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run and four RBI.

Bainbridge's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Cook, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-3.

Bainbridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cook, they will face off against Colquitt County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
