Basketball Recap: Ray Piles Up the Points Against Tournament Opponent

Ray posted their biggest win since November 22, 2024 on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Tournament Opponent 52-21. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bearcats.

Ray found their leader in sophomore Seth Wade, who went 5 for 9 on his way to 13 points and seven steals. The dominant performance gave Wade a new career-high in steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Mark Chester, who posted 11 points and three steals.

Ray's victory bumped their record up to 7-9.

Ray didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 64-61 defeat against Lincoln Prep on the 4th. As for Tournament Opponent, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 55-41 loss against Trona on the 3rd.
