Page had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 47-34 victory over the Giles County Bobcats on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Bobcats: they've now won nine in a row.

Giles County lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was David Bridges, who rushed for 179 yards and a pair of scores. Xavier Randolph also helped with three touchdowns in total.
