Football Recap: St. Agnes Takes a Loss

St. Agnes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They lost to the Brooklyn Center/Parnassus Prep Centaur on the road by a 20-6 margin. The Aggies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Centaur apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

St. Agnes' loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Brooklyn Center/Parnassus Prep, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. St. Agnes will face off against St. Croix Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Brooklyn Center/Parnassus Prep, they will square off against Breck at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs' defense has only allowed 11.4 points per game this season, so the Centaur's offense will have their work cut out for them.
