Softball Recap: Heritage Victorious

Heritage's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Landmark Christian War Eagles a 13-0 shutout. The victory continues a trend for the Hawks in their matchups with the War Eagles: they've now won nine in a row.

The team relied heavily on Kaelynn Sweger, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two triples, three runs, and three RBI. Baylie Arrington was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, two doubles, and one RBI.

Heritage always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .783. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Landmark Christian only posted an OBP of .250.
