There's no place like home for Gaithersburg, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They took down the Magruder Colonels 23-6 on Saturday. This was payback for the Trojans, who suffered a 27-14 loss the last time these two teams met.

Antonio Reyes threw for 84 yards and one touchdown while completing 75% of his passes. Michael Gallimore was his top target, picking up 43 receiving yards.

The victory snapped Gaithersburg's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-5 record. As for Magruder, they dropped their record down to 2-6 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
