Basketball Recap: CORE Butte Comes Up Short

CORE Butte was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 27-15 to the Corning Cardinals.

CORE Butte's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Corning, their win bumped their record up to 2-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. CORE Butte and Paradise will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Corning, they are taking a road trip to take on Anderson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
