Softball Recap: Treynor Extends Road Winning Streak to Five

While Treynor's win against Logan-Magnolia wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cardinals skirted past the Panthers 6-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Cardinals have posted against the Panthers since July 6, 2020.

Treynor's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.4 runs over those games. As for Logan-Magnolia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-5.

Treynor has already played their next game (against Missouri Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Logan-Magnolia, they will host Audubon at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
