Stella Barton Game Report: vs McNair

Stella Barton put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in August on Monday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Barton and Chamblee will play host again on Wednesday to welcome Woodward Academy, where first pitch is scheduled at 5:00 p.m. The last time Barton duked it out with the War Eagles (two weeks ago), the Bulldogs came out on top by a score of 10-4.
