After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Gore, Checotah was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Roland Rangers by a score of 4-1. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Rangers: they've now won six in a row.

Checotah's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Roland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-9.

Coming up, Checotah will host Glenpool at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Roland, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Muldrow on the 11th.
