Soccer Recap: Enterprise's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

Enterprise was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Pleasant Valley Vikings, falling 7-0. While losing is never fun, the Hornets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 837th, while the Vikings are ranked 292nd).

Enterprise's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-5. As for Pleasant Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-5-2.

Enterprise wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 6-1 loss against Shasta on the 22nd. Pleasant Valley has also already played their next matchup, a 1-0 defeat against Chico on the 22nd.
