Recap: Las Lomas vs. Bishop O'Dowd
With a playoff game on the line, the Las Lomas Knights rose to the challenge on Friday. They had just enough and edged the Dragons out 3-2. Winning may never get old, but Las Lomas sure is getting used to it with their seventh in a row.
They hit Bishop O'Dowd with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Ava Mathieson,
Kyleigh Sekulich, and
Isabella Gryfakis.
Las Lomas has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-1-4 record this season. As for Bishop O'Dowd, their loss dropped their record down to 12-6-1.
Las Lomas will take on Branson at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Branson's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Bishop O'Dowd does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
