Hudson was the 7-2 winner over Columbus when they last played one another on Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Pirates fell just short of the Sailors by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday.

Hudson has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-12 record this season. As for Columbus, their victory bumped their record up to 10-17.
