Volleyball Game Preview: Lund Mustangs vs. Wells Leopards

The Lund Mustangs will venture away from home to face off against the Wells Leopards at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Wells took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Lund, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Lund made easy work of Non Varsity Opponent and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-13, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Wells came up short against Tintic on Saturday and fell 3-1. The Leopards have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Wells' defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Lund, their victory bumped their record up to 13-8.

Lund couldn't quite get it done against Wells when the teams last played back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Mustangs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
