Soccer Recap: Johnson Now 6-1 over Last Seven Games

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Johnson walked away with it. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Mt. Zion Bulldogs on Friday.

Johnson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those seven matches. As for Mt. Zion, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-3.

As of now, neither Johnson nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
