Preview: Forest Hills Rangers vs. Richland Rams
Forest Hills is 10-0 against Richland since December of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Forest Hills Rangers will be playing at home against the Richland Rams at 7:15 p.m. Hopefully Forest Hills focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up six on Saturday.
Last Saturday, Forest Hills strolled past DuBois Central Catholic with points to spare, taking the game 67-52. The win made it back-to-back wins for Forest Hills.
Forest Hills can attribute much of their success to Alexis Henderson, who scored 26 points along with 6 rebounds and 3 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Henderson has scored at least 25% of Forest Hills' points. Another player making a difference was Arissa Britt, who scored 11 points along with 6 assists and 5 steals.
Meanwhile, Richland came up short against Cambria Heights on Saturday and fell 42-33. Richland has struggled against Cambria Heights recently, as their game on Saturday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
The wins kept both teams' perfect 2-0 season records intact.
