Softball Recap: John Milledge Academy Has No Trouble Against Central Fellowship Christian Academy

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask John Milledge Academy). They blew past the Central Fellowship Christian Academy Lancers 13-1 on Thursday. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Lancers recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Izzy Santarone was a standout: she went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in RBI (two). Macie Johnson was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.

John Milledge Academy hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least three batters in three consecutive games.

John Milledge Academy's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Central Fellowship Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
