Tift County is a perfect 3-0 against Ware County since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Blue Devils will head out on the road to face off against the Gators at 7:00 p.m. Tift County will be strutting in after a win while Ware County will be coming in after a loss.

Tift County was handed a three-goal defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Tuesday. They beat Valdosta by a goal, winning 2-1. Tift County wouldn't have won without Osiel Cruz, who scored the game-winner.

Meanwhile, Ware County came up short against Appling County on Tuesday and fell 5-3.

Tift County's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8. As for Ware County, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.

Tift County skirted past Ware County 1-0 when the teams last played back in February of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Devils since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
