Volleyball Recap: Awaken Christian Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Awaken Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the White Pine Bobcats. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bobcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-3, 25-15.

Awaken Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for White Pine, they pushed their record up to 17-3 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Bobcats beat Awaken Christian by a score of 2-0 later that day.
