Barron Hamilton was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That run was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Mason Summer, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI.

Central Fellowship Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Taylor County, their victory bumped their record up to 12-2.
