Football Recap: Rio Grande Takes a Loss

Rio Grande lost against Valley back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Ravens received a blow as they fell 28-14 to the Vikings.

The critical scores for Valley came from Michael Garcia, Zachary Perez-Verdeja, and Joshua Sanchez.

Rio Grande's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-6 record this season.

Rio Grande does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Valley, they will face off against Belen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
