Softball Recap: Terrell Academy Comes Up Short

After flying high against Crisp Academy on Monday, Terrell Academy came back down to earth. The Eagles fell just short of the Southwest Georgia Academy Warriors by a score of 8-7 on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-1 two weeks ago.

Terrell Academy now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Southwest Georgia Academy, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-3.

Coming up, Terrell Academy will take on Westwood at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Southwest Georgia Academy, they will square off against Calvary Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
