San Marin has gone 3-0 against Vintage recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The San Marin Mustangs will look to defend their home court against the Vintage Crushers at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (San Marin has three straight victories, Vintage has six straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

San Marin is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Petaluma 61-25 on Tuesday. Given the Mustangs' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 117th, while the Trojans are ranked 446th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Vintage played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 54-34 to Benicia. The Crushers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-13.

San Marin's win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-2. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.5 points per game. As for Vintage, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Everything went San Marin's way against Vintage in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, as San Marin made off with a 45-21 victory. Will San Marin repeat their success, or does Vintage have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
