After both having extra time off, the Christ Prep Academy Patriots and the Atlas HomeSchool Rattlers will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Christ Prep Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last eight contests.
Christ Prep Academy is headed into the game after thoroughly thrashing Lighthouse Christian: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Patriots blew the Chargers out of the water with a 41-0 final score. Considering the Patriots have won ten matchups by more than 24 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Christ Prep Academy's win last Saturday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Elijah Ross, who rushed for 79 yards and a pair of TDs on only seven carries. Ross' longest rush was for an impressive 57 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Jackson McGregor also helped out with an impressive 116 receiving yards.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-8. As for Christ Prep Academy, their record is now 11-0.
Wednesday's contest might be decided on the ground. Christ Prep Academy has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 167.5 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Atlas HomeSchool struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 182.1 rushing yards. There's a good chance Wednesday's game turns into a tough fight on the ground.
