Basketball Recap: Chichester Comes Up Short

Chichester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 22nd straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Chester Clippers, falling 75-19. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Clippers from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Chester to victory, but perhaps none more so than Imani Dorsey, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 12 steals. With that strong performance, Dorsey is now averaging an impressive 15.2 points per game. Jordan Dennis was another key player, dropping a double-double on 22 points and ten steals.

Chichester's record now sits at 0-5. As for Chester, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-2.

Chichester will square off against Penn Wood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chester, they will take on Interboro at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Chester is facing Interboro at the right time seeing as Interboro is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
