Football Recap: South Central Picks Up Tenth Consecutive Win + How To Watch

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but South Central had no problem doing just that on Friday. They came out on top against the Decatur Community Red Devils by a score of 60-48. The Timberwolves' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Leading South Central to victory were Easton Huck and Coda Lindsay. Huck rushed for 173 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.6 yards per carry, while Lindsay rushed for 132 yards and a pair of TDs on only 12 carries. With that strong performance, Huck is now averaging an impressive 101.8 rushing yards per game.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: South Central was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 368 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

South Central's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Decatur Community, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-3.

Coming up, South Central will challenge Wichita County on Friday. The Timberwolves will need to watch out since the Indians have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games. Decatur Community does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
