Oxbow had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by a 13-0 margin over the Bellows Free Academy Bullets on Saturday. The victory was just business as usual for the Olympians, who after 15 games remain undefeated this season.

Anastase Bourgeois made a big impact no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 12 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in 12 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with three runs and one triple.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Mazie Bourgeois, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.

Oxbow was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .429 or higher in five consecutive games.

Oxbow's record is now 15-0. As for Bellows Free Academy, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-3.

As of now, neither Oxbow nor the Bullets have any future games scheduled.
