Softball Recap: Borger Takes a Loss

Borger lost to Tascosa back in February of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Rebels, falling 11-2.

Giselle Hernandez was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run.

Borger dropped their record down to 1-1 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Tascosa, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Borger will venture away from home to face off against Amarillo at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Tascosa, they will welcome Canyon at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
