Volleyball Recap: Seven Straight Home Victories for Medfield + How To Watch

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Medfield walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional Dolphins with a sharp 3-0 win on Sunday. The Warriors were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Dolphins, so the Warriors were just returning the favor.

Medfield not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Dennis-Yarmouth Regional between 15 and 18 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-18, 25-18.

Kendall Larkin paced Medfield's offense, picking up 16 kills. Larkin got some help from Ava Pender and her 32 assists. Kiley Weafer controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Medfield's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-4. As for Dennis-Yarmouth Regional, they now have a losing record of 10-11.

Medfield wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Arlington Catholic on the 5th. Dennis-Yarmouth Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
