Soccer Game Preview: Orthopaedic vs. USC-MAE

The Orthopaedic Vipers will square off against the USC-MAE Trojans at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. USC-MAE took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Orthopaedic, who comes in off a win.

USC-MAE is hoping to do what Downtown Magnets couldn't on Monday: put an end to Orthopaedic's winning streak, which now stands at three games. Orthopaedic came out on top against Downtown Magnets by a score of 5-3. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Vipers considering their one-goal performance the game before.

Meanwhile, USC-MAE might've scored the first goal on Wednesday, but it was Collins Family who claimed the real prize. USC-MAE took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Collins Family.

Orthopaedic's win bumped their record up to 4-2-1. As for USC-MAE, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Orthopaedic was able to grind out a solid victory over USC-MAE in their previous meeting back in January, winning 3-1. Will Orthopaedic repeat their success, or does USC-MAE have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
