Baseball Recap: Wesleyan Wolves vs. Mt. Bethel Christian Academy Eagles
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Wesleyan had no problem doing just that on Friday. They walked away with a 7-2 win over the Mt. Bethel Christian Academy Eagles. The victory was familiar territory for the Wolves, who have now won three matchups in a row.
Thomas Pressman tossed a big game, pitching 5.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off ten hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Grayson McCollum was incredible, firing off two home runs, two stolen bases, and three runs while going 2-for-3. Those two home runs gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of William Wright, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI and two doubles.
