Softball Recap: Callaway Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Callaway's offense. They came up short against the Morgan County Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 8-0. The Cavaliers have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Callaway's loss dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Morgan County, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Callaway will welcome Jackson at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Morgan County, they will challenge Monroe Area at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
