Softball Recap: Lakeside Takes a Loss

Lakeside lost against Harlem back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 17-2. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lakeside saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was HAYDEN ZIMMERMAN, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI. Those RBI were ZIMMERMAN's first of the season.

Lakeside's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Harlem, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Looking ahead, Lakeside will face off against Lincoln County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Harlem, they will be playing at home against Grovetown at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
