Soccer Recap: Whitney Comes Up Short

Whitney lost against Carondelet back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. 2025 welcomed the Whitney Wildcats with a 5-1 loss courtesy of the Carondelet Cougars. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Isa Hernandez, who's now up to three this season.

Whitney's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5-1. As for Carondelet, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-2.

Whitney will take on Archbishop Mitty at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Carondelet, they will host College Park at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
