Football Recap: Jt Stukey's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Bexley over Columbus Academy

Bexley entered their matchup against Columbus Academy on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Lions came up short against the Vikings, falling 40-14. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 42-0 to the Vikings when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Several Lions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jt Stukey, who picked up 69 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

The loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 3-3. As for Columbus Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.
