Soccer Game Preview: Woodville-Tompkins vs. Liberty County

The Woodville-Tompkins Wolverines will challenge the Liberty County Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Woodville-Tompkins is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, Woodville-Tompkins came up short against Johnson and fell 4-2.

Chris Varner wasn't going to let Johnson walk away unscathed as he scored both of Woodville-Tompkins' goals, bringing his season total up to six goals.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Liberty County challenged Bradwell Institute on Tuesday. Liberty County fell 2-0 to Bradwell Institute. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Woodville-Tompkins' loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Liberty County, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
